I have been supporting organizations for more than ten years on strategy, growth and transformation initiatives, across international technology environments, advisory engagements and leadership roles.
My work is driven by a clear principle: connecting strategic thinking with operational reality. Whether structuring a growth trajectory, supporting an M&A initiative, building a pre-sales function or leading a transformation, I apply the same discipline: clarity of diagnosis, precision of direction and rigor in execution.
This also includes designing and delivering enablement initiatives aimed at building team capabilities, structuring go-to-market approaches, and ensuring organizations are equipped to execute their strategy effectively.
I have worked within mid-market technology companies and large international organizations, in multicultural and globally distributed environments. This experience has enabled me to develop a strong ability to adapt to different contexts and cultures, as well as to engage across all levels of the organization, from operational teams to C-level executives and vice presidents, with a constant objective: bridging strategic vision and execution.
Alongside my advisory work, I invest in the development of other professionals through executive coaching, career transitions and the VAE Ingénieur d’Affaires. This commitment is an integral part of how I define leadership.
